Frequently asked questions

What size pool do I need?

1)  Who will be the main users of the pool? The more users it is recommended to get a larger pool lengthwise which can help to separate the children from the adults.

2) Consider your budget. Larger and free form pools tend to be more expensive.

3) The depth of the pool is important. For sports-minded families who play volleyball and basketball, you will need a pool with a 3-5 ft depth. If you are adding a diving board or slides you will need to incorporate a deep end of at least 8 ft.

4) Last but not least the shape. A rectangular pool will give you more square footage as compared to a free-form, however, a free form pool has a more natural look.

How much does a swimming pool cost?
Most pool enthusiasts have no idea how much their desired pool will cost. Because every pool design is different there are many variables that must be taken into consideration, therefore, it is important to find the best pool builder for your project who will design a beautiful pool within your budget.
How do I find the best pool builder?

Once you have decided to build the pool of your dreams, picking the wrong pool builder can be a nightmare. Because there is so much involved from design thru completion and working directly with your pool builder every step of the way it is imperative to find the right connection in every aspect.

Our team of professionals will work side by side with you to custom design and build the backyard of your dreams. We will help you choose the best pool design, shape, size, and location to accommodate your backyard, budget, lifestyle, and needs.

What causes green algae in swimming pools?
Algae is a single cell plant form that is microscopic to the naked eye when it is alone. However, when it grows in size and combines with other algae it can become extremely noticeable. Catching it in time is very important.  1) The filtering system needs to be working properly at all times and be the right size for your pool. 2) The chemical levels must be exact. If the PH is too high it will counteract negatively with the chlorine level causing algae to grow. 3) Overall cleaning the pool by brushing and vacuuming needs to be done on a regular basis. It is important to use high quality products to remove the pre-existing algae properly.
